  1. Visit the official portal: https://tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in

  2. Log in using your Registered Mobile Number, Password, and Captcha

  3. If not registered, click on “New User Registration”

    • Enter your full name, Aadhaar number, and contact details

    • Select your Municipal Corporation name

    • Fill in all necessary information and click Submit

    • You will receive a login password on your registered number

  4. Log in again and select the “Property Tax” option

  5. Enter your property details, review them, and click on “Pay Now”

  6. Choose your payment mode: Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI

  7. Upon successful payment, note your Payment ID and download the receipt
